Supply & Demand Planner

As a Supply & Demand Planner your responsibilities are:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support procurement and inventory strategies.
- Monitor supply chain activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and avoid disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply and demand plans with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to enhance demand planning accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain process.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate planning performance and key metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement & supply chain department.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage lead times effectively.
Profil
A successful Supply & Demand Planner should have:
- Educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize processes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Fluency in French & English; additional languages are advantageous.
