Responsible Ai specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and forward?thinking Interim Ethical AI Specialist to support our Responsible AI and Sustainability initiatives. In this role, you will help shape how AI can be developed and deployed responsibly, with a specific focus on environmental and social impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive desk research on emerging best practices in responsible AI, with a particular focus on environmental and social dimensions, including human rights impact assessments, disinformation risks, and environmental risks.
- Engage with external experts and practitioners through interviews to gather insights and validate findings related to responsible AI risks and opportunities.
- Develop an internal best-practice framework for assessing environmental and social risks and opportunities associated with the development and usage of AI applications.
- Develop an AI agent to systematically assess companies’ maturity on responsible AI.
- Prepare and lead targeted dialogues with companies to evaluate and discuss their environmental and social practices related to AI implementation.
- Produce high-quality external publications to showcase DPAM’s thought leadership and expertise in responsible AI and sustainability.
Profil
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Fast learner, able to quickly absorb new information and adapt to evolving environments, concepts, technologies, and processes.
- Proactive mindset, taking initiative, anticipating challenges, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to sustainability, with a genuine interest in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into business and investment strategies.
- Relevant experience in artificial intelligence, sustainability, or academic/industry research, supported by strong analytical abilities and a forward?thinking mindset.
- Team?oriented with an entrepreneurial attitude, able to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic investment team.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting investment-related insights to internal and external stakeholders using both qualitative and quantitative analysis across equity and fixed?income investments.
Offre
- A temporary contract from June to December 2026.
