Project Analyst – Green Spaces & Landscaping
Description de la fonction
As ProjectAnalyst – Green Projects & Landscaping, you are the analytical engine behind our projects. You translate plans, specifications, and drawings into reliable cost estimates and smart scenarios, ensuring that projects are financially and practically feasible. You collaborate with project managers, designers, purchasing teams, and suppliers to ensure every project – from parks to squares, from rooftop gardens to large-scale landscaping – is executed efficiently and safely.
You don’t need to be a landscape architect or engineer; what matters is your logical thinking, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.
What you will do:
- Translate plans, drawings, bills of quantities, and specifications into accurate cost estimates.
- Analyse execution possibilities and develop practical alternatives.
- Advise on the most feasible, profitable, and efficient approach for projects.
- Identify financial and technical risks and contribute ideas for improvements and innovations.
- Coordinate administrative attachments and prepare tender dossiers completely and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from execution, purchasing, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Profil
You enjoy analysing, planning, calculating, and collaborating, bringing structure to complex files. Additionally:
- Bachelor’s or university-level thinking.
- Strong analytical skills, numerically proficient, and precise.
- Organized and structured, even when handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset.
- Communicative and collaborative with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
- Independent and responsible in your work.
- Eager to learn and curious, with room to develop new knowledge and skills.
- Flexible educational background: civil engineering, green management, engineering, economics, technical fields… or any other direction, as long as analytical and practical thinking is in your DNA.
