Packing employee

We are looking for packing employees who are available to work in a three-shift system (food industry) in Dendermonde?

What we expect from you:

• You have previous experience in a production environment or are willing to learn, and you can work flexibly in a three-shift system (morning, late and night shift).
• You are comfortable performing physical work at a steady pace.
• You have a good command of Dutch or English to understand safety instructions.
• You can travel independently to Dendermonde each day, as the company is located in an industrial zone and is not accessible by public transport.
• You are looking for long-term employment and are willing to complete a 2-hour packing test after a successful interview.

You will be working in the packing department of a company that specializes in packaging frozen products. This role involves working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 10C).

Your main tasks include:

• Checking product quality
• Packing various products (such as fish, snacks, vegetables, etc.) into boxes or bags
• Applying labels
• Stacking boxes on pallets
• Maintaining close communication with the operator
• Other related tasks
