Operations specialist
Description de la fonction
We are looking for an Operations Specialist for Starbroker. StarBroker is the in-house carrier of DHL Global Forwarding. On behalf of our network, we contract air freight capacity on strategic routes worldwide, particularly from Europe. We use both part- or full charters and scheduled service carriers.
Your tasks will include:
- Processing and following up on the daily export document flow, including customs clearance
- Coordinating activities with the warehouse
- Coordinating document flows with customer service teams
- Reporting and following up on paperwork irregularities
- Providing updates to the airline and destination
- Rescheduling shipments
Profil
Who are you?
- You have initial experience in air freight or a degree in logistics
- You handle administrative processes with precision
- You are a strong communicator and a team player
- You are customer- and quality-driven
- You speak English and can express yourself in Dutch. French is a plus
- You are looking for a long-term professional commitment
