- You ensure smooth and timely handling of shipments, including tracking (track & trace) and accurate delivery or clearance when required.
- You process data accurately and promptly in the operational system and follow the export workflow daily.
- You are responsible for correct and timely billing to customers and suppliers.
- You maintain professional contact with customers and suppliers, building sustainable relationships.
- You consistently work according to internal procedures and external regulations, monitor KPIs, and escalate issues when necessary.
- You contribute to process optimization, ensure SOPs are up to date, and communicate clearly and promptly with internal and external stakeholders.
Profil
- You have a solid knowledge of the logistics sector (e.g., Incoterms, cargo flows, Dangerous Goods).
- You work accurately and with high quality, respect deadlines, and handle tasks carefully.
- You can work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain oversight even during busy periods.
- You communicate clearly and efficiently, are customer-focused, and think proactively in finding practical and client-friendly solutions.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
