Your responsibilities as a Management Assistant include:

  • Supporting the organization of sales events and incentives
  • Managing administrative processes around sales closures
  • Managing agendas and planning internal and external meetings, including preparation
  • Being responsible for administrative follow-up and accounting support (invoices, POs)
  • Managing sales documents, brochures, and marketing materials
  • Supporting marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing Project Manager

Profil

Here’s what your profile as a Management Assistant looks like:

  • You have at least two years of administrative experience and possess excellent organizational skills
  • You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and are fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  • You are pragmatic, assertive, solution-oriented, and empathetic
  • You have extensive experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You have a strong interest in new technologies and tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus
