Are you someone who enjoys bringing structure, working independently, and finding satisfaction in precise and accurate work?
In this unique role as Library & Knowledge Support, you contribute directly to the smooth and professional operation of an international law firm. You support the library and the knowledge team, keep information flows up to date, and act as the go-to person for colleagues who need access to the right resources.
Your responsibilities include:
- You keep the digital library up to date by processing publications, books, and metadata and ensuring easy accessibility.
- You support the development and maintenance of the internal Library & Knowledge Hub.
- You assist colleagues by answering questions and helping them navigate available information sources.
- You follow up on seminars, process reports, and ensure smooth communication and knowledge sharing.
- You perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, archiving, and updating databases.
Profil
As Library & Knowledge Support, you bring the following profile:
- You have experience as a Library Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.
- You are comfortable with IT tools and work easily with printing and scanning processes.
- You are proactive, hands-on, and you like taking responsibility.
- You are reliable, independent, and feel at ease working on your own.
