Group Cash & Treasury Operations Manager

The scope of responsibilities for this job include:
- You will develop and maintain Treasury policies, processes, procedures, systems, and a control environment in line with best practices;
- You will ensure that all cash management and treasury activities are executed according to approved policies and guidelines;
- You will oversee Treasury Back Office daily activities, including intercompany transactions, foreign exchange confirmations, settlements, and money market operations;
- You will manage the maintenance, opening, and closing of group bank accounts, bank mandates, and bank guarantee records;
- You will maintain group online business banking platforms and treasury management systems, ensuring technical upgrades and proper transaction recording;
- You will manage loan covenant monitoring and compliance reporting;
- You will optimize treasury workflows and lead automation projects;
- You will provide monthly Treasury activity reports to the CFO, CEO, and Board;
- You will ensure accurate accounting and reporting of Treasury transactions, including month-end close, reconciliations, hedge accounting, and IFRS compliance;
- You will engage with auditors for Treasury internal and external audit processes;
- You will monitor working capital processes, following up on payments and conducting analyses of AR/AP accounts;
- You will collaborate with international entities to set up credit collection strategies and local working capital follow-ups.

Profil
The requested qualifications for this job include:
- You hold a Master's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, or have similar qualifications through experience;
- You have 3-7 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or bank administration;
- You are result-driven, structured, and analytical;
- You thrive in a blend of operational tasks and long-term projects;
- You excel as a team player and enjoy collaborating across international functions;
- You possess strong communication skills balancing commercial acumen while achieving financial objectives;
- You are IT-savvy, with knowledge of accounting/treasury software, Power BI, or Power Automate as a bonus;
- You align with the company's values, which emphasize passion, entrepreneurship, reliability, creativity, and sharing;
- You are fluent in English, with Dutch and/or French as a plus.
