Bier Central Brussels is the place where beer lovers can indulge their passion.
With over 300 beers on the menu, warm hospitality, and a kitchen that satisfies every appetite, we’re a staple in the heart of Brussels—just a stone’s throw from Brussels Central Station.
Our passionate team is looking for a new colleague (Flexi) who shares our enthusiasm and energy to join our bustling establishment.
As a server/bartender, you are the face of our business. You ensure that every guest feels welcome and enjoys smooth, friendly service.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and guiding them to their table
- Presenting the menu and providing additional explanations where necessary
- Advising customers on their choice of food and drinks
- Serving drinks and food
- Clearing tables and ensuring a tidy environment
- Helping to maintain general hygiene
- Working in both the bar and the restaurant (no worries we’ll be happy to train you)
Profil
We are looking for candidates who are willing to work hard, don’t like standing still, and are eager to work.
-> Don't have that much experience in the hospitality industry yet? That's no problem—we'd be happy to teach you the ropes. As long as you're in good physical shape, there are plenty of opportunities.
Since we’re located in the heart of the capital, knowing a few languages is definitely helpful. The languages most commonly spoken here are Dutch, English, and French. It’s therefore no small advantage to be fluent in at least two of these languages.
Since closing time is around 11 p.m. to midnight, it’s convenient if you live nearby (i.e., within walking or biking distance, but not too dependent on public transportation—and definitely not on a car; parking in Brussels won’t make you any richer).
