Customer Service / Marketing Assistant

Job Description
Are you customer-oriented, organized, and creative? At Pyority, a family business based in Antwerp, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic employee who will make a difference in customer service and marketing. In this versatile role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for organizing transport, managing administrative processes, and developing creative marketing strategies. You will work in a close-knit team in a collegial, constructive, and open atmosphere.
You also enjoy working with social medai and feel comfortable using them as a communication and branding tool.  You have a natural interest in creating engaging content and contributing to our online presence.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, both by phone and email, providing them with the best possible service with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: You will follow customer orders from A to Z, from entering data to delivery, ensuring smooth administrative handling.
  • Transport Organization: You will coordinate the importing, exporting, and local deliveries of products, ensuring proper documentation and communication with logistics partners.
  • Administration and ERP: You will process and manage data in our ERP system, including supplier, customer, and product information, ensuring everything remains accurate and up-to-date.
  • Product Communication: You will create and update technical product sheets, ensuring that customers always have the correct information about our product range.
  • Marketing Initiatives: You will contribute ideas to improve our social media communication and customer-oriented actions. You will help promote our products and strengthen our brand identity by creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the team to improve the customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

Profil

Profile
  • Customer-oriented and service-focused: You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and strive to assist our customers quickly and professionally, both by phone and email.
  • Excellent organizational skills: You are able to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of quality. You have experience with administrative processes and order follow-up.
  • Creative and solution-oriented: You proactively think about ways to better present and promote our products, as well as improve customer-oriented actions and social media campaigns.   You enjoy workig with social media and feel confident using them to communicate and build engagement.
  • Experience and background: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a commercial or logistics environment.
  • Strong communicator: You can communicate clearly and professionally, both internally with the team and externally with customers and logistics partners. You have a customer-focused attitude and know how to maintain business relationships.
  • Team player: You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive and collegial work environment. You have an open attitude and are receptive to feedback.
  • Flexibility and proactivity: You can quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment and are willing to take on various tasks. You take responsibility and always look for improvements.
  • Analytical and accurate: You have an eye for detail and are able to perform administrative tasks accurately, such as keeping track of data in the ERP system.Your sense of detail also shows in the way you present information and visuals.
What else we find important:
  • A hands-on mentality: You take on tasks independently and always look for ways to improve processes.
  • Experience in the food or industrial sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
