Your Responsibilities:- Customer Service: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, both by phone and email, providing them with the best possible service with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: You will follow customer orders from A to Z, from entering data to delivery, ensuring smooth administrative handling.
- Transport Organization: You will coordinate the importing, exporting, and local deliveries of products, ensuring proper documentation and communication with logistics partners.
