VITY is a prevention app, created by Co-Health, a consortium formed in 2024 by Solidaris, Multipharma, P&V Group and Cohezio, with the ambition to support healthier lifestyles in Belgium.
The app was launched in June 2025.  With more than 100,000 downloads, the solution is now mature and ready to enter its next phase of growth and impact.

It aims to become a key preventive-health tool by offering personalized, science-based content and an engaging digital experience.

Communication & User Engagement Lead

Description de la fonction

We are looking for a dedicated person to oversee the overall operational management of VITY. This role includes:
  • Managing and driving the app’s engagement performances, from user onboarding and conversion during sign-up to user retention and community involvement.
  • Ensuring operational continuity to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.
  • Overseeing the quality of content provided to users.
  • Establishing transparent communication aimed at building trust with all users.
The Communication & User Engagement Lead translates the Steering Commitee (SteerCo) direction into weekly execution, and creates a reliable operating rhythm between consortium partners and the vendor.

The key responsibilities are: 

1) Awareness & Engagement operations
  • Build and run a quarterly Awareness & Engagement plan (B2C B2B2E) aligned with SteerCo priorities and the annual media plan.
  • Own the user activation funnel: first impression ? download ? onboarding start ? account creation ? first interaction ? healthy habits & repeat usage.Design, execute and iterate campaigns using a test & learn approach (messaging tests, formats, timing, targeting).
  • Coordinate partner channel distribution and ensure one coherent story across the four partner organization.
2) Improve the platform experience and work with the technology vendor
  • You will help ensure that the platform continuously improves and runs smoothly for users.
3) Content & Communications
  • Oversee and collaboratively build the Content Calendar, ensuring its strategy, planning, production and distribution are executed effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure editorial coherence and alignment with user needs and partner expectations.
  • Your goal is to protect the credibility and trustworthiness of the platform.
  • Ensure that the platform’s content is relevant, reliable and easy to understand. 
  • Making sure content is written in a way that is clear, inclusive and easy for a broad audience to understand.
4. Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • You will regularly analyze how people use the platform and identify opportunities to improve it. This includes tracking indicators such as: how many people download the app, how many complete the registration process, how many return regularly, how often users read content or participate in challenges, …
  • You will turn these insights into concrete improvements,
5) Ensure users receive help when they need it
  • Users sometimes encounter problems or have questions. You will help organize how these situations are handled.
  • Some organizations will also use the platform in a professional context (for example employers offering prevention programs to employees).You will ensure that questions or problems from these organizations are handled quickly and clearly, with a single point of contact.

Profil

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, activation, content management, or a similar role.
  • You’re able to thrive in a fast-moving environment with strong autonomy.
  • You have a data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills.
  • You have strong coordination and project management capabilities.
  • You’re able to work independently, can make decisions and take ownership of initiatives.
  • Languages: strong French or Dutch ; ability to work in the other national language ; working English.
  • Proactive thinking, initiative, and a “test & learn” mindset.
  • You have a strong interest in or affinity for wellbeing, health and prevention.
