Capacity planner Airfreight
Description de la fonction
Your tasks:
- Having a close contact with airlines, ground handlers or related agents following up on the operational process of handling & finalizing flights and its related trucking movements.
- Managing operational and customs matters with airlines and ground handling partners for Starbroker (SBR) carrier flights, in close collaboration with SBR Flightwatch.
- Solving administrative issues in an efficient way.
- Monitoring timely and accurate management of the EEQ (empty airfreight equipment) follow-up for in-& outbound SBR Carrier flights.
- Monitoring and operational follow-up on trucking related movements.
- Working for both export and import duties.
Profil
As our new capacity planner airfreight, you recognize yourself in following aspects:
- You have experience or relevant studies in Air freight and have operational experience (1-2 years).
- You have skills in working fast under time pressure and not afraid of taking ownership.
- You are a strong communicator and teamplayer.
- Customer and quality driven.
- You are fluent in English.
- You’re open to start under interim contract.
- Working hours: Friday-Tuesday 10am – 7pm (you’re off on Wednesday and Thursday)
