Administrative Assistant in Material Engineering Division

Your responsibilities
- Prepare Purchase Orders, and proceed receiving and invoicing
- Process technical reports towards official issuance acc. to our internal process
- Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations
- Establish guidelines and procedures
- Actively propose and implement cost reduction and efficiency ideas
- Support the team’s digitalization processes
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Support internal and external communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and team activities.
Profil
Your profile
- Proven experience as administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Rigorous and self-disciplined
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Flemish and French are a plus.
- A very good knowledge of Excel is required (advanced formulas, pivot table...), and powerBI. A good command of powerApp is a plus.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
