- Sales & Advice: You analyze customer needs, prepare quotations, and close contracts for both new and second-hand equipment and related services.
- Customer Relations: You closely follow up on files before and after the sale, handle complaints, and ensure contract renewals.
- Prospecting: You plan your visits, identify new opportunities, and expand your customer portfolio.
- Reporting: You record your visits, quotations, and orders in the CRM system and report on your results.
- Product Knowledge & Support: You stay up to date with product innovations and market trends and provide customers with technical advice.
Profil
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an industrial or logistics environment.
- A true hunter: you love prospecting and are not afraid of cold calls or first client visits.
- Strong technical foundation (knowledge of mechanics, electromechanics, or hydraulics).
- Proficient in Excel and preferably experienced with an ERP system (such as Navision or Business Central).
- Results-oriented, independent, but also a team player.
