Job description

As a project planner, you work closely with the site supervisor and are key to ensuring a smooth start and efficient progress of every project. You make sure everything is thoroughly prepared so that the site can operate efficiently and safely.


What you do:

  • Analyze and review complete tender dossiers.
  • Prepare execution plans, including working drawings, bills of materials, and technical datasheets.
  • Serve as the logistics contact for suppliers and coordinate deliveries.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the site.
  • Participate in site meetings and act as a point of contact on site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations through thorough risk analysis.
  • Collaborate with the site manager to process collected data and maintain a complete As-Built dossier.

Profile

  • Proficient in computers, with strong skills in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Excellent command of English; Dutch and French are a plus.
  • Accurate and precise, even under shifting priorities or high workload.
  • Team player who enjoys collaboration.
  • Critical and analytical thinker, able to understand complex issues and identify underlying factors.
  • Flexible with working hours and passionate about the field (welding, geotechnics, etc.).
  • Communicates clearly and results-oriented with team members and stakeholders alike.
