USG Professionals is looking for a Trainee for our client in the region of Brussels.
The Client Department ensures the interface with all its customers, whether residential or professional consumers, protected customers, or municipalities.
The deputy quality and reporting assistant provides assistance to the manager and the supervisory team in the daily activities of the Contact Center service. He assists the team in achieving defined objectives while respecting processes and procedures.
You actively participate in the development and maintenance of reporting on customer service activities and provide reports to the supervisory team.
You assist the supervisory team in managing daily tasks such as task management, individual performance monitoring.
You support the team in resolving telephony issues and monitor the progress of ticket resolution with IT.
You ensure that HR processes and procedures are followed and escalate issues to management.
You conduct analyses requested by the manager as part of the search for improvement in efficiency, volume, operational results, etc.
You collaborate during changes and new procedures.
You ensure the proper use of communication tools, good daily work organization, and a good work environment.
You support management in providing targeted information to all employees.
You contribute to good collaboration within the team.
You identify problems that arise within the team and provide feedback to the supervisor.
You are occasionally required to assist the management team in the daily management of the team.
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
Ideally, you have initial professional experience in performance analysis and management
You have proficiency in MS-Office programs (Word, Outlook,…)
You have advanced knowledge in Excel
