Team Leader (3 shifts)
Job description
Develops and monitors the daily schedule.
Coordinates and oversees the execution of projects within production.
Motivates, coaches, and supports your team when facing challenges.
Places a high priority on quality and results.
Translates problems into solutions and opportunities for improvement.
Critically evaluates processes and contributes ideas for optimization.
Is open to feedback and actively contributes to a constructive work environment.
Profile
A true people manager with strong communication skills.
You know how to motivate a team and achieve results.
Good command of Dutch or English.
Quality-conscious, meticulous, and highly organized.
Focuses on solutions rather than problems.
Has a critical eye and isn't afraid to suggest improvements.
Customer-focused and exudes positivity.
Several years of relevant experience in a managerial role is a plus.
Training in day shift -> 3 shifts.
