Support Engineer
Job description
- Standardization, documentation, deployments, troubleshooting, and support of IPCs on production posts.
- Connecting machines to their network for machine data collection.
- Serving as the primary contact for the OT infrastructure and systems.
- Communicating and managing requests from suppliers, maintenance team, IT team, and other services.
Profile
- Qualifications: Industrial Engineering or IT System Administration (with a focus on OT Systems)
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English; proficiency in German is advantageous
- Expertise: Proficient in Windows (Linux), with knowledge in OPC UA and experience with Kepware KepserverEX considered a plus. Familiarity with Firewall, VLAN, DHCP, and DNS is beneficial, as well as SQL proficiency.
