As an E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our technical team, responsible for overseeing a wide range of electrical and instrumentation projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Work planning and execution: Plan, schedule, and implement electrical/instrumentation works from inception to completion, including requirements determination, deadlines setting, cost estimation, and coordination with other parties.
- Electrician and technician supervision: Manage and oversee electricians and electrical technicians, ensuring accurate, safe, and on-schedule task completion, while providing guidance and addressing issues.
- Safety compliance and risk management: Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, implement safety procedures, and train staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality control: Conduct daily inspections to maintain the quality of electrical work, ensuring that installations and repairs meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Maintenance and repair: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks, and repair electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Documentation and record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including blueprints, schematics, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
- Communication and collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with team members, clients, and management, and collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure project success.
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- A master's degree in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or electronics.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- A correct, punctual, eager to learn, and flexible approach to work.
