Job description
For over 20 years, our customer has been driving innovation in network systems. They provide solutions focused on the needs of communication service providers and enterprises worldwide. They are recognized for their ESG commitments with considerable improvement in ESG rating following 2022 Gaïa campaign and Silver Medal by EcoVadis.They are urgently looking for a SAP & Production Administrator.
As part of the team of production administration supporting a high-volume production facility and reporting to the Deputy Production Director, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing and updating product and customer data in SAP
- Work closely with various departments to ensure SAP – Production administration
- Supporting the enrichment of product information and providing data to internal partners
- Providing SAP data support to our Head office
- Processing Interim administration
- processing the workers time registration
- Support continuous improvement in compliance with the requirements of Quality, Environmental, and Security Management Systems.
Reporting to : Deputy production Director
Profile
Profile and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Between 3 and 5+ years of relevant work experience SAP
- Accurate work with an eye for the bigger picture.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
