Functie
Voor onze klant, die gespecialiseerd is in aan- en verkoop van edelmetalen zoals goud en zilver, gaan we op zoek naar een recruiter voor het hoofdkantoor in Gent.
Het takenpakket:
- Opstellen, plaatsen en beheren van vacatures op diverse (online) kanalen
- Actief searchen en benaderen van kandidaten via o.a. LinkedIn
- Voeren van telefonische en (online) kennismakingsgesprekken
- Begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het volledige selectieproces
- Adviseren en ondersteunen van hiring managers
- Meedenken over optimalisatie en innovatie van onze recruitmentaanpak
Wie zoeken we?
- Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau
- Je hebt ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment, talent acquisition of een vergelijkbare rol
- Je communiceert vlot en professioneel en bouwt graag duurzame relaties op
- Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans vloeiend (Niveau C1/C2)
- Je hebt kennis van de Belgische arbeidsmarkt
- Je hebt basiskennis van Belgische wetgeving (PC200 is een plus)
- Je bent proactief, denkt in oplossingen en neemt graag initiatief
- Je begrijpt het belang van een sterk employer brand en weet social media strategisch in te zetten
