Production employee Meat

For a meat processing company located in Zele, we are currently looking for enthusiastic Production Workers to strengthen the team.

Do you like hands-on work and feel comfortable in an active environment?

• You assist with the unloading of incoming trucks

• You place pork on the production line and help maintain a smooth production flow

• You cut and adjust the meat where necessary to meet product specifications

• You rotate between different tasks, ensuring a varied workday

• You start early in the morning (between 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM) and continue working until production is finished

• You operate in a cooled environment of approximately 7°C

• You are interested in a physical and diverse role within a production setting

• Working early shifts is no issue for you

• You function well in a team and contribute to an efficient workflow

• You are flexible and willing to continue until the work is completed

• You have experience in production or logistics

• Experience in the food industry is an advantage, but not mandatory

• You are comfortable working in a cold environment (7°C)

• You have a good command of English and/or Dutch and/or Romanian

• You have your own transportation
