Wie zoeken we?You have relevant work experience and/or a technical background (e.g. through training or education).
You take pride in keeping your machine running smoothly and in resolving minor breakdowns or blockages quickly and efficiently.
You are flexible and willing to work in a three-shift system (early – late – night, sometimes day).
Working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 8–10C) does not deter you.
You are able to work independently, but you also regularly consult with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process.
You do not mind performing physical work.
You have a good command of Dutch and/or English and are able to commute independently to Dendermonde.

You will be working in a food company specialized in the processing and storage of a wide range of food products.
As an operator, you are responsible for the smooth running of the production process and ensure that your machines continue to operate efficiently.
You do this by:
- Correctly setting machine parameters
- Monitoring quality and making adjustments to the machine when necessary
- Assisting with machine changeovers for new products
- Independently resolving minor technical malfunctions
- Correctly replenishing supplies
- Cleaning the machines
- Consulting with technicians, packaging staff, team leaders, and others
All of this takes place in a refrigerated environment (approximately 8–10C), working in a three-shift system, while strictly adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
