Job description
As a Back-up Team Leader, you are the right hand of the team leader. You take over responsibilities during their absence and assist in managing a warehouse team on a daily basis. Together, you ensure smooth operations, high quality, and a positive working atmosphere.
Your responsibilities:
- Support and replace the team leader in daily operations
- Coordinate and motivate team members on the shop floor
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety
- Report progress and issues to management
- Contribute ideas for process improvements
Profile
