Job description
Do you enjoy working with data and organizing information? Are you curious about a scientific environment, even if you have no experience yet? Great, this entry-level role might be exactly what you’re looking for!
Your main responsibility is to process, structure, and maintain data related to biological and non-biological samples. You will use Excel as your primary tool to keep sample information accurate, organized, and accessible.
Tasks

Maintain and update sample-related data in Excel and tracking systems.

Clean, structure, and validate data to ensure accuracy.

Use advanced Excel functionalities, such as:

Pivot tables
-
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
-
INDEX/MATCH
-
Conditional formatting
-
Data validation
-
Basic dashboards and charts
-
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Interest in working in a scientific or laboratory-adjacent environment — scientific knowledge is helpful but not required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Open to recent graduates —training will be provided.
