IT Support Engineer
Job description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote IT support to end users.
Main responsibilities include:

Installing and configuring laptops, desktops and peripheral devices

Providing first-line and second-line support to users
-
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
-
Installing and updating operating systems and applications
-
Managing user accounts and access rights
-
Assisting with network connectivity issues
-
Preparing and deploying new devices
-
Documenting incidents and solutions in the ticketing system
The ideal candidate should be proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Profile

Proven experience in IT support or related field

Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software

Basic networking skills

Experience with depot tasks, including laptop handling, physical stock management, and mobile phone activation

Configuring PCs and printers in a warehouse environment

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Proficiency in English and Dutch
