Job description

Sales & Marketing strategy in international markets
  • Develop and implement the Marketing & Sales plans in international markets like China, Japan, North Africa, the Middle East and India. 
  • Lead commercial activities including business strategy, branding, pricing and sales targets with Sales Managers or agents and distributors.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Breeding, Product Management etc. to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage participation in local organizations and seed associations.
  • Directly report to the Marketing & Sales Director.

Profile

International Salesmanager with an understanding of agribusiness
Requirements
  • Master's degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of international experience in sales in a multicultural environment.  
  • Solid understanding of agricultural industry.
  • Proficiency of English, knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work from the HQ in Tienen, Belgium.
