Financial Analyst
Job description
- You draw up periodic forecasts, budgets and financial analyses that steer strategic choices.
- You analyse and develop management reports and provide clear insights and concrete recommendations.
- You play an active role in an accurate month-end and year-end close, working closely with the accounting team.
- You develop, optimise and automate financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- You provide support during external audits, tax returns and due diligence activities.
- You translate internal and external data into business-oriented analyses and action-based insights, in collaboration with other units across the organisation.
- You manage the cash flow and fixed term accounts to ensure a healthy financial operation.
Profile
About you
Important for this role
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics or a related field.
- You have at least three years of experience in a financial role and are motivated to continue developing within Finance and Accounting.
- You have an in-depth understanding of accounting principles, including analytical accounting.
- You are confident working with Excel and have an affinity for other financial tools.
- You have experience with one or more accounting packages or ERP systems and enjoy exploring financial tools, always looking for ways to using them more efficiently and smartly.
- You are a team player who can also work autonomously, with good communication skills that enable effective collaboration with other units.

- You take ownership, work with accuracy and have a strong eye for detail when drawing up reports and analyses.
- You are able to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
- You are proactive in terms of improving processes and identifying issues in good time.
- You are flexible and adapt easily to changes in processes, systems or regulations.
