Finance Manager
Job description
Your Role
As Finance Manager, you are the right hand of the CFO and take full ownership of the group’s accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and tax activities. You ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all financial processes and lead various strategic projects that contribute to the professionalization of the Finance function.
Profile
· Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
· 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally in an international environment. Experience at a Big 4 company is a must.
· Strong leadership and project management skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
· Entrepreneurial mindset, go-getter with a drive for continuous improvement
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding, and changing environment
· Strong GAAP knowledge; IFRS experience is a plus
· System knowledge of BrightAnalytics, Sharepoint, ERP systems required; experience with Navision is an asset
