What does your program look like?
3 rotations – 18 months
You will discover different worlds within Equans through three missions, each lasting 6 months:
- business missions: improving processes, accelerating project flows, solving client cases
- cross-functional missions: digital, AI, sustainability, IT, HR …
- at least one mission in another national language (NL/FR) — we help you grow, not start perfectly
- for Engineers: one mission is truly hands-on in the field, working alongside technicians and business teams ? experience our core business front and center
Bonus: you choose your first mission from two options so you start where you are strongest or want to grow most.

- language training NL/FR (language level is not a dealbreaker, your motivation is)

Profile
We are building a diverse team of 10 trainees from various backgrounds:
- industrial, civil & commercial engineering
- data, digital, AI, computer sciences
- finance, business economics
- double degrees? Absolutely welcome!
You don’t have to “know everything.” What matters? Curious, hands-on, proactive, critical, and ready to challenge the status quo.
Languages (NL/FR/ENG) are a plus, but we provide intensive language boosts.
