Robert Half is seeking a motivated Customer Service Coordinator (m-f-x) for a leading multinational in the energy and electric mobility sector, located in the heart of Brussels.

Job description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to evaluate maintenance and service proposals and build strong relationships with key partners
  • Define and track after-sales KPIs to ensure excellent customer service and operational availability
  • Act as the first escalation contact, resolving customer issues efficiently via service ticketing
  • Coordinate incident management, spare parts distribution, helpdesk training, and post-installation support
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and partners, and collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Enhance customer experience, monitor service performance trends, and manage your own client portfolio
  • Provide insights and feedback on technical improvements to internal teams and proactively streamline processes

Profile

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with solid English skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in technical support or customer service, ideally within e-mobility
  • Confident user of CRM and ticketing systems
  • Analytical, well-organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and projects
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; a team player committed to safe work practices and collective success
