For one of our clients located in Grâce-Hollogne, we are seeking a Controller.
Vos responsabilitésThe Controller oversees financial and operational activities, such as managing shipment costs, invoice processing, and addressing customer inquiries, to ensure optimal efficiency and high satisfaction levels. They prepare and analyze reports, track revenue and expenses, and support team performance through coaching and task management. Additionally, they uphold strict compliance with company policies while maintaining exceptional accuracy and organization.
Profile
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma.
Experience, Skills, and Qualities:
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Cargo Airlines, Freight Forwarder companies, or GSA.
Skills:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities within an organization.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
- Excellent phone communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and related practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, focus, and accuracy.
- Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn.
- Energetic, with a strong work ethic.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills.
