Er heerst een typische kmo-mentaliteit waarbij de bedrijfsleider enkel geïnteresseerd is in snel geld verdienen. Men doet alsof er respect voor de medewerker is, maar in de realiteit is dat er (zeker bij de zaakvoerder) absoluut niet. Er is een gebrek aan communicatie, transparantie, eerlijkheid, ... Ook wordt aan klanten de hemel beloofd (alles kan), en nadien moeten wij het uitleggen dat het softwarepakket niet kan wat de zaakvoerder had beloofd.
