Interessante job met immer veranderende begin en einduren.
Je sociale en familiale leven staat bijna permanent op pauze.
De mentaliteit op de werkvloer kan erg toxisch, doctrinair, kinderachtig of laag-bij-de-gronds zijn.
Diversiteit ligt bij de oudere garde nog erg moeilijk, het minste beetje excentriciteit wordt als minderwaardig beschouwd. Kritiek uiten of wantoestanden benoemen is riskant want een vorm van excentriciteit. Nieuwelingen of "excentriekelingen" worden soms slecht behandeld voor het plezier.
Kom je af met een oplossing dan gaat een ander met de pluimen lopen.
Er is geen deftig vangnet voor collega's die gezondheidsproblemen krijgen en bijgevolg niet meer kunnen of mogen rijden. Die hebben enkel de minumum te aanvaarden of plaats te maken voor een ander.
De kans is groot dat deze review wordt geflagged en verwijderd wegens uiten van kritiek of onder het mum van een ander smoesje.
