Goede werksfeer onder de collega’s.
Wel zware afdeling (neuro) en vrij hoge werkdruk.
10 min v waar ik woon.
Weekendvergoeding is zeer goed.

Veel verlof plus adv dagen
We worden beperkt om weekends te werken (liever een goedkopere werknemer v zorg voor zorg inschakelen of medewerker ander verdiep). Was vroeger niet zo.
Leidinggevende die geen voeling heeft met haar werknemers en patiënten (zit in ivoren toren)
Geen doorgroeimogelijkheden
Er wordt weinig rekening gehouden met eigen wensen ifv het uurrooster. Soms lange blokken werken.
Geen maaltijdcheques
Werkdruk door veel afwezigen (door ziekte)
Heb een master diploma maar ik krijg geen kansen om verder door te groeien in het bedrijf
We krijgen geen of weinig info over de toekomst (momenteel fusie)
