CNC Operator / Day Shift
Job description
Are you a meticulous CNC press brake operator with experience in steelworking? Then be sure to read on!
Independently setting up the CNC press brake based on technical drawings
Selecting the correct bending tools for each job
Working on a 4-metre, 320-tonne LVD press brake
Carrying out weekly maintenance on the machines
Troubleshooting in consultation with colleagues
Ensuring a neat and high-quality finish and carrying out quality checks
Working efficiently with standard measuring tools
Profile
Excellent ability to read technical drawings and strong technical understanding
At least 5 years' experience as a CNC press brake operator
Physical work? That's no problem at all for you (you'll sometimes be working with the overhead crane to handle heavier pieces)
An overhead crane certificate is an advantage
Ability to work accurately, independently and responsibly
Day shifts are standard; shift work may be possible in the future
