Job description

Tasks:As Controller, you will report to the Controlling Manager and work closely with a team of three colleagues. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Analysing and reporting financial and business data to the company, local management and external partners.- Optimising and interpreting management reports, dashboards and processes.- Generating valuable insights and actionable recommendations for various stakeholders.-Assisting with month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting.- Calculating and analysing volumes and margins within sales controlling.- Acting as the point of contact for controlling for a specific department, acting as a true business partner.- Actively participating in various business-related projects, such as automation and process optimisation.Robert Half BV processes the data from applicants that is required to carry out the application process. Profile

Who are you as a Business Controller? - You have a Master's degree in an economic field.- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling.- You speak and write fluent Dutch/French and have a good knowledge of English.- You are proficient in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and adfinity with IT tools is a plus.- You are analytical, accurate and driven to find out and get to the bottom of things.- You thrive in a team environment as well as independently.- You like to take initiative, think in terms of solutions and strive for efficiency.- You can handle deadlines well and have an eye for detail without losing the overview.- You have strong communication skills and grow into a real business partner within our company.
