BIM modeler
Job description
- Setting up, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for various architectural projects.
- Collaborating closely with the design team, project architects, and architects to ensure the accuracy and currency of all project data.
- Ensuring that BIM processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintaining communication with all project stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and integration of BIM systems.
Profile
- A degree in Applied Architecture, Assistant Architect, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proven experience working on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Solibri, Navisworks, or Dynamo is a bonus.
- A strong desire to continuously learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
