USG Professionals is looking for a BI Functional Team Lead for our client in the region of Brussels.

- Ensure the Development Teams are following Agile methodology. Support Agile culture implementation, identify improvements, implement kaizen ideas. 

• Follow, participate, and support every step of a Reporting Project. As an IT&D member you need to understand the project and act as an enabler.
  

• Work closely to the Product Owner to support Data Product definition: Understand the business needs, urgency, business value, key functions/risks. As part of the DM team, you need to ensure that the Data Product fulfils our business needs, has a business value and is technically sustainable. 
• Support Business Requirements gathering, ensure quality, clearness, completeness, and realistic requirements definition. Identify possible gaps, and facilitate workshops with Business stakeholders, Product Owner, and Business Analyst whenever it's needed.
• Be Accountable for the Business and Functional Analysis document. Ensure we have a complete business and functional analysis document with all relevant information to support future development, and with a proper sign-off by relevant stakeholders.
• Accountable for the proposed Technical Solution, align with all IT key actors (Enterprise architect, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application teams) to guarantee effectiveness of our projects and make sure we are following TME IT&D standards. 
• Participate in the planning activities.

- Quality is our priority; the Data Management team is accountable for our projects in scope. 

• Understand the internal process to change current or build new technical solutions with all IT key actors (Enterprise architect, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application teams). Coordinate the develop team in order fulfil all required steps. 
  
• Coordinate cross-team activities, proactively engage other teams whenever is needed. 
  
• Follow-up in a regular basis the project development, ensuring we are under scope, following the agreed plan, Risk analysis and mitigation, and most important: ensure the desirable quality of deliverables.
  
• Identify and report risks/issues and dependencies during the program lifecycle and work with all stakeholders to remove impediments.
  
• Continually propose and implement kaizen ideas to streamline and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes within the Data 
  

? Solid experience with Reporting Project, program management and/or business analyst experience in IT environments.
? Clear understanding of how a Reporting Projects works and what are the key elements to guarantee it's success. 
? Experience of leading medium sized teams in data management and reporting.
? Experience with Scrum/Agile at scale frameworks and tools.
? Experience in using Jira and Jira Align tools in big projects/programs.
? Experience gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc).
? Experience of define Reporting IT solutions to deliver the business needs.
? Analytical skills combined with capability to make synthesis of problem area and solution proposal.
? Experience in using Power BI is required, to liaise with the development teams.
? Data mesh experience is a plus.
? Snowflake experience is a plus.
