- Accurately process vendor invoices, till the VAT balance, aligning with SOPs and Company Policies and Procedures.
- Meet KPIs and targets for timely and precise invoice processing.
- Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Sort, scan (if required), and archive incoming invoices.
- Prepare balance confirmations and statement of account confirmations.
Profile
- Fluent command in English and French or Dutch.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
