Ik kreeg niet zo lang geleden mijn ontslag met een opzegtermijn. Nadat ik aangaf dit grote consequenties te hebben voor een geplande huwelijk met een buitenlandse dame bedacht men zich en veranderde ze mijn ontslag per 31-12-2025 met akkoord in onderling overleg. Aan de ene kant ben ik enigszins blij maar indien ik geen baan heb vanaf 01-01-2026 zal ik geschorst worden door de RVA omdat het ontslag in onderling akkoord is . Is er hier een mouw aan te passen als ik dit voortijdig aangeef bij de RVA. Wat gebeurt er met eventuele ziekte in de periode tm 31-12-2025. Kan men het getekende onderling akkoord inkorten op 1 of andere manier als ik ziek ben ?
