Ik ben bio-ingenieur en heb 20 jaar in de farmaceitische sector gewerkt. Voornamelijk in sales, marketing en management. Op 50 jaar ben ik ontslagen voor reorganisatie. Daarna ben ik de ondernemerswereld ingestapt door een lingeriewinkel over te nemen. Ik ben daar nu mee gestopt omdat de retailsector harde tijden meemaakt. Nu wil ik terug gaan werken maar merk dat dit moeilijk is nu ik 56jaar ben. Ik weet ook niet goed welke kant uitgaan. Hebben jullie advies zowel ivm wat soort jobs ik best voor solliciteer en/of sectoren, alsook bedrijven waarvan u zeker weet dat ze ook oudere werknemers aanwerven. Dank om me re helpen tijdens mijn eenzame zoektocht.
