During this training, the participant will learn to create a full stack Java EE application. In this ABIS track we will introduce the Java EE frameworks to accomplish that goal: EJB, JAX-RS, JSF and JPA. The total duration of this track is fourteen days, but can be adapted based on the modules that are chosen.
Participants are going to develop distributed applications by using the Java (Java/Jakarta EE) enterprise platform. These applications can be connected with a relational DBMS.
The combination of Java EE APIs will be put into practice by means of a case study at the end of this track.
During this track, participants will become familiar with:
This track is based on some standard ABIS courses. All courses are well coordinated; the knowledge obtained can be reused and elaborated on.
During each course, participants will have sufficient time to do exercises using the knowledge obtained; this knowledge is indispensable during the case study. During this case study, participants learn to manage and guide a project; they also learn to work in group on a well-structured distributed application.
Delivered as a live, interactive training: available in-person or online, or in a hybrid format.
Training can be implemented in English, Dutch, or French.
If interested in organising this training internally, get in touch with us; we can even customise it to meet your specific needs.
Participants should be familiar with the basic Java environment (see Java core track - Java SE) and RDBMS concepts (see course SQL and relational databases fundamentals).
