Teamleader warehouse - fixed early/late shift

As an experienced Team Leader, you can effortlessly prioritize, even in a rapidly changing and sometimes hectic environment.

In this role, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of your department. You will increase productivity and efficiency, provide internal training to new employees, and guide your team in their daily tasks.
You will also identify opportunities for improvement within processes and motivate your team to achieve ever-improving results.

Your responsibilities include:

• Choosing to work at our site in Desteldonk.
• Ensuring the optimal performance of the department.
• Increasing productivity and efficiency.
• Planning and following up on the work of your team members, and providing training to new colleagues.
• Identifying improvement potential within existing processes.
• Motivating and coaching employees in their development.
• Supporting error resolution and providing advice where needed.
• Contributing to personnel policy.
• Reporting to the Supervisor.
• Taking over various tasks in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Contributing to our continuous improvement methodology.

• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and a good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Experience in leading and motivating teams within a logistics environment.
• Clear and effective communication style, with a positive and people-oriented attitude.
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant.
• Excellent command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to start in day shift and later transition to a fixed early or late shift.
