Team Leader – Early Shift – Forest

As a Team Leader, you are the key figure of your team:
- You are responsible for organizing the daily warehouse activities and ensuring that your team works efficiently, safely, and motivated.
- You work in the rotating shift, meaning you will lead the early shift at one moment and the late shift at another.
- You will work under the Distrilog group but more specifically for our company ECOMLOG.
- You will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new warehouse in Vorst and be part of an e-commerce sector that is a booming business with many growth opportunities.
Profil
Your Tasks:
- Daily management of a team of about 25 warehouse employees.
- Distributing tasks and monitoring their execution.
- Solving operational problems and monitoring deadlines or KPIs.
- Supervising safety, order, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Hands-on involvement on the floor when necessary.
- Reporting to the Assistant Site Manager and thinking about improvements.
Your Profile:
- Experience in a logistics environment, preferably as a team leader or in a coordinating role.
- Born leader and motivator.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and French, English is a plus.
- Sense of responsibility and attention to safety and quality.
- Flexible and willing to work in the fixed late shift.
- Physical work does not scare you.
- Relevant leadership experience.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays.
