Support officer / trainer BCS CVWarehouse

BCS CVWarehouse is a company that develops an online recruitment solution/software and that serves companies in over 20 countries.
We are looking for a bright, dedicated, curious person with a no-nonsense mentality, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and no shame of being kind of a nit-picker!
We love people who take initiative, who help to improve everything that needs improvement, someone who is proactive and loves helping both colleagues and customers.
Do you speak Dutch (native language level or equal by experience), English and preferably French fluently?

Do you have an academic degree or equal by experience?
Recognize yourself in all of the above? Then we would like to meet you!
You will be based in your own environment during office hours. We need your availability every day between 9h and 18h online.
So, no traffic jams, no morning rush, but still the opportunity to work as a team due to frequent work & non-work-related team web-meetings. We also meet in person to work together and have dinner afterwards a few times a year.
If you prefer working at the office, you are more than welcome to work in our offices of Wommelgem and/or Den Bosch too!
The job
Your to do list will have a lot of variety, but these are some of the tasks that will regularly come back:
- Training & supporting our customers
- Onboarding of new customers
- Assisting candidates that have problems while applying online
- Managing & updating our online knowledge base/help center
- Delivering ad hoc support to CVWarehouse recruitment projects
- Small translations
- Doing everything that needs to be done to keep all stakeholders happy
