Our client is an independent and accredited construction inspection firm. Its engineers and inspectors are dedicated to safeguarding the structural safety, quality, and sustainability of buildings through targeted inspections that cover every stage of the construction process, from the initial design to final delivery. With over two decades of experience, the company has established itself as a trusted quality partner for contractors and developers involved in major infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects across the Netherlands and Belgium. Our client was instrumental in developing the Technical Inspection Service (TIS), a pioneering, risk-based method for quality control in both design and execution. Created in collaboration with industry partners in 2003, this approach has been continuously refined and now serves as a proven framework with a strong track record in improving construction quality and reliability.
