As a new team member, you will receive thorough training in aseptic techniques and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which are essential to ensure the safety and quality of cell therapies.
What You’ll Do in This Role:
- Work closely with a committed team to uphold high standards in cleanroom environments.
- Ensure proper sanitation of equipment, correct material handling, and adherence to established procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain equipment and reusable materials to support a safe, sterile workspace.
- Handle and transport materials and products between cleanrooms safely and accurately.
- Take an active role in the production process by following detailed protocols that contribute to life-saving treatments.
- Wear appropriate protective clothing (gowning) to maintain cleanroom sterility.
Profil
Who You Are:
- You have strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- You hold a secondary school diploma or a bachelor’s degree.
- You’re a true team player who values collaboration.
- You feel comfortable working with strict protocols and consistently aim for the highest standards of quality.
- You’re flexible and open to working in shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- You have a genuine interest in working in a lab or cleanroom environment.
- You’re detail-oriented, precise, and only satisfied when every task is completed to perfection.

- Work in a shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all nine possible shifts:
- 6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future night shift.
- We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
- After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract, including group and health insurance and other benefits.
