What does a Site Manager do?
- Coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring tasks are organized and carried out efficiently
- Lead and support both internal teams and subcontractors on-site
- Keep a close watch on timelines, safety standards, quality, and overall progress
- Arrange and track materials in a timely manner while staying within budget
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to deliver successful outcomes

Profil
Profile of a Strong Site Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience in a similar role (site manager, construction coordinator, foreman, etc.) is a plus
- You are fluent in English and have a good command of Dutch
- Strong technical and spatial insight, combined with solid planning skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid category B driving licence and flexibility to travel
